Read the Results
Each failed case shows the topic and actions the agent actually chose. Sort by failure type to find patterns, such as one topic catching requests meant for another.
Fix a Failure
- Open a failed case where the agent picked the wrong topic.
- Tighten that topic's description so it excludes the misrouted request.
- Rerun the test and confirm the case passes.
